D.V. Venkatasubramaniam is an acclaimed percussionist across the country. He is an A-grade artist of All India Radio. He is a prime disciple of legendary Grammy Award Winner, Padmashri, Shri. Vikku T.H. Vinayakaram. He is also known for being a child prodigy, as he started playing at a very tender age and played his first professional concert at the age of 18 with Shri.
